Penny Profits utilises a variety of delivery processes as outlined below in line with our general Terms and Conditions through conducting business with us.


Next Working Day

Where orders have been received by us before 5pm on a weekday, we aim to despatch your goods the next working day. The Next Working Day delivery option generally attracts a surcharge which will be included in your total amount for your order under ‘Delivery Charges’. We reserve the right to choose an appropriate courier at our discretion.

Example: Placing your order through any of our channels on a Friday at 5.30pm would mean that we would despatch your goods the following Monday for you to receive by Tuesday.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery turnaround means that our target to despatch your goods will be the next working day. Our courier will then deliver to you within a 48 hour period.

Example: Placing your order through any of our sales channels on a Friday at 5.30pm would mean that we would despatch your goods the following Monday for you to receive by Wednesday.

Collect from Store

Choosing this option through any of our sales channels guarantees, subject to stock availability, that your goods will be available for collection by you between 6pm and 7pm the same day.  Should you require your items earlier than the general published timeframe, please contact us before placing your order to discuss the options available to you.

Unless agreed directly with yourself otherwise, our store officially closes at 7pm for collections and failure to collect your goods before the collection closure time will mean that you will need to wait until the store is opened the next day until you can collect your goods.  For certain sales, you may have the option for us to deliver goods to you but ONLY after the Collect from Store cut off time has passed.  Such services may attract a delivery charge payable by yourself separately.

Free Delivery
From time to time certain items or complete orders may attract Free Delivery. Qualifying items may be despatched separately which would result in you receiving them separately if they are part of a multi-item order.  You should generally allow up to 3 working days for items or orders qualifying for free delivery.

International Delivery
We currently do not deliver outside the Mainland UK.


Delivery Limitations
•    All items are despatched once full payment has been received. Any items received as faulty or damaged must be reported to customerservices@pennyprofits.co.uk immediately or by calling us in the first instance.

•    Unwanted items cannot be returned. We may need to speak to you during general business hours to discuss your order. Images may be requested before any acknowledgement of faulty or damaged goods are accepted by us.

•    All goods are checked and despatched in sound condition. Where we feel the damage or fault lies with the courier, we would refer you to the selected courier to raise your concerns directly with them for further escalation.
•    Due to national constraints in line with the general industry, we are unable to deliver through our selected couriers on any UK Bank Holiday.


•    Local sales delivered direct by Penny Profits where a courier has not been used are generally delivered at an agreed timescale different to that of ‘Next Working Day’, ‘Standard Delivery’ or ‘Free Delivery’.


•    Delivery information outlined above only applies once we have acknowledged a sale transaction with you directly through an agreement or once you have received an order confirmation.
